CNR Cam Gears are designed
to Increase horsepower and torque without any cam
changes, and are ideal for heavily modified engines.
CNR adjustable cam gears are With twelve degrees
(both advance and retard) of laser engraving adjustments,
you can be assured of proper and precise tuning.
Made from the highest quality AL7075-T6 billet aluminum,the
hard-anodized finish prevents premature wear. They
allow fine adjustments to cam timing with simple
hand tools so you can maximize engine performance
anywhere whether you’re in the pits or in your own
garage.
Engraved Timing marks accurate to within 1 minute
of a degree (60 minutes in a degree)
Easy to read marks, laser engraved not painted or
etched.
Tooth profile match to OEM spec.Long term reliability
of the teeth and timing belt are directly related
to the shape of the tooth profile. The outer cog
section of our gears is hard-anodized, to prevent
wear from the timing belt. We |

hardcoat because of the great contrast it gives against
our engraved timing marks. Color in Blue, Red, purple and
silver to choose
CNC machined to more exacting tolerances than original gears.
The tooth edges are beveled to increase belt life.· The inner
ring of the cam gear is designed for strength, function,
and precision. Stainless steel studs are threaded through
the backside of the outer gear.
The inner gear is then fastened with stainless steel nuts
and lockwashers. This enables an increase in the amount
of torqu used to tighten the fasteners, with no risk of
stretching to the aluminum threads.
The 5-bolt locking pattern is plenty secure and we use only
stainless steel hardware to ensure durability. This design
provides a lifetime of worry-free adjustment.
